About
I am a doctoral candidate in Systematic Theology at Princeton Theological Seminary. I am particularly intrigued by Augustine's theological psychology in his treatment of Lucretia (and Regulus and Cato) in book 1 of the City of God and his understanding of violence's effect on human experience. My project also seeks to identify Augustinian resources for promoting healing and wholeness in the aftermath of trauma, such as his conception of the self-love fostered coram oculis dei sui.
